As you read this, I’ll be re-entering the workforce after an all-too-brief vacation at one of my favorite destinations. Since the real full moon waits for no one, I decided to “punt” this time and share a link to a very interesting article I discovered in a recent issue of Fast Company.

The morale of the story is that all organizations – private and public – have “red flags” telling us to rethink our way of doing business. If only we would stop to listen.
